“Canfest” is always being held with a theme every year. For example, in yesteryears, we have organized festivals with themes like “Women Directors’ Festival”“Production of Young Directors”, and “The Places Not Touched and the People Not Called”. etc.

This year in “Canfest-2025, there will be the performance of (10) Fourteen plays in different Indian languages in the Main Festival along with Parallel Festival. Apart from that, discussions & seminars will be conducted within that period for interaction. On this occasion, we invite many eminent Theatre Directors, Playwrights, and designers to the inauguration & valedictory ceremony as guests of the festival. We also felicitate one senior theatre personality from the National Level and State level for his lifetime contribution to theatre. “Canfest-2025” is the biggest and rare kind of festival in terms of the number of days (08 days) as well as the theatre personalities being involved with their performances.
